Formal candidate registration is a legal requirement in Australia. To simplify the registration process we offer professionals in the industry an online tool. We will ask for more information than your typical recruitment organisation. Vertical Talent’s iRegister helps all those involved in the recruitment process to really understand your skill set, your preferences and what you 'bring to the table'.

What Can Be Expected

• Each Vertical that we service has it’s own Registration platform. Once your login has been approved you will be taken through a standard recruitment registration process. Candidates also use Vertical Talent’s iRegister to track their skill-set, define their preferences, dynamically build their résumés and proactively seek the most suitable opportunities for their own personal career advancement. We trust that you will find the technology helpful to you as a candidate – your feedback is welcome.
• We may match you to that ‘ideal opportunity’ immediately – sometimes it will take some time. Every time you learn a new skill or further develop your expertise feel free to update your profile! This is a proactive method of finding those outstanding opportunities.
• If your skill set matches the needs of our clients at this time we will be in touch with you. If you are in Australia we will request a face-to-face meeting with you, if you are in another location we will conduct a web interview with you.
