Vertical Talent offers a full-advertised search & selection service. The appropriate publications will be chosen and detailed job-specific adverts will be written and the response managed by the Vertical Talent team to attract a targeted audience of candidates.  Targeted Search
Vertical Talent offers a full targeted search service for high-value and business critical appointments. Typically at a more senior level; our research team will first identify suitable candidates within the market who will then be screened and short listed by experienced consultants. All search campaigns are run to pre-agreed timelines to give our clients peace of mind around project delivery. No targeted search will be undertaken by Vertical Talent if there is any doubt about absolute success.

 Contingent Search
Vertical Talent also offers contingent search where a client engages us on a 'no placement no fee' basis. Clients who wish to engage multiple agencies or who wish to work with Vertical Talent on an exclusive basis with no financial commitment prior to placement typically enjoy this service level.
