Typical Assignments

The range of assignments we have serviced is as follows:

  • Greenfield sites. Usually this is when a client organisation has refocussed business strategy and as a result has made the decision to create a new refocussed team. These opportunities call for a blend of exceptional behavioural competencies and technical skills with recruits having the ability to develop a compelling vision for the business and have the influencing skills and credibility to drive change.
  • Major projects or outsourced environments. When a client wins a project we need to move quickly and aggressively to recruit. In this case we are looking for individuals with flexibility to be located where the work is and who can cope with tight deadlines and heavy workload. Client’s are often in a position to provide visa sponsorship for specialist skills.
  • Restructured groups. Organisations restructure departments as the business need arises or as new leadership enters the business. With most restructures come opportunities for new talent to slot into an incumbent group with fresh ideas. In this case we require candidates who have a solid employment track record with evidence of adding innovative solutions into their workplace whilst displaying great team work ethics.
